All our products are available 24 hours a day on our website. We are here to help at all times 7 days a week. Please feel free to use the Whatsapp chat box on the site or email us at houseofshard@gmail.com

I JUST PLACED AND ORDER. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

When you place an order for a House Of Shard product, each piece is made just for you, and so we would ask you to allow us 10-20 working days to ship your order across.

You will receive a tracking number within 3-4 days of dispatch your order, to track your shipment at every stage. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Packages once dispatched generally take within 4-7 working days anywhere within India. If haven’t received your order even after 10 days of ordering, please email us at houseofshard@gmail.com. We will help you!

FOR INTERNATIONAL

Please note, customs fees and import duties vary by country, and are the full responsibility of you, the customer. We try our best to label and send our packages with sufficient documentation to minimize costs as much as possible.

I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS – CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes, email us as soon as you can and we’ll take care of it. Please include information such as order number and the date when order was placed. The above cannot happen if your order has already been shipped.

DO YOU DESIGN CUSTOM PIECES OR COLLABORATE ON PROJECTS?

We are happy to design custom pieces, and have worked on a large variety of products. We love to collaborate on interesting projects for all inquiries, please email houseofshard@gmail.com with your ideas.

HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY PRODUCTS?

All our products are hand made should be looked after with love! Please check the product details for specific care instructions. Care instructions will be sent to you with the product.

DO YOU DO BULK ORDERS?

Yes. Please email us at houseofshard@gmail.com with your requirements.

IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT, WILL MY MONEY BE RETURNED IN FULL?

Unfortunately we can’t refund the money if you are unhappy with the product. Liking or not liking a product can be very subjective so we won’t be able to take responsibility for that.

**Please note that all images of products are for representation purposes only, and may have slight variations in fabric, texture and colour from the product in hand. Please note that minor differences in colour, printing and placement of the print are not considered defects, but are part of the intrinsic handmade and hand printed nature of our products and are what makes each piece special.
